Years of experience certainly help you develop a keen eye for detail. I would say that having detailed checks in my head in the form of a checklist makes my job easier. But ultimately, I believe the most important criterion for achieving the most accurate result is being able to work as a team. Because if one of us misses a detail, other team members can spot it, which, when we look at the whole picture, allows us to achieve the closest possible result to perfection.
We frequently review each other’s work, because a second pair of eyes is the best way to ensure that even the smallest details, such as a payment limit or a minor rule change, are correctly captured for our players.
